A Tomato based rice called Jollof this is a side dish in West African cuisine, and is infused with spices and slow cooked. Served with sirloin beef steak marinated in a Caribbean spice blend, that contains roasted peanuts, with fried plantain and mixed salad of tomato, cucumber and red onion.

Rijst bereid op basis van tomaten genaamd Jollof, dit is een bijgerecht in de West-Afrikaanse keuken en is doordrenkt met kruiden en langzaam gekookt. Geserveerd met sirloin biefstuk gemarineerd in een Caribische kruidenmix, die geroosterde pinda's bevat, met gebakken bakbanaan en gemengde salade van tomaat, komkommer en rode ui.
